If you are having problems receiving payment of an Interim Application or Invoice we will action it on your behalf completely Free Of Charge.

Here's a brief guide to how it works;
a) the debt due must be at least £1,500, but there is no upper limit
b) all you need to do is provide the brief information we require, usually in the form of answers to a few quick questions
c) as soon as we have the relevant information a Solicitor or Construction Contracts Consultant will issue a specially crafted "Debt Due or Dispute" letter by Fax and First Class Post with the objective of flushing out a payment or proper reasons for non-payment
f) the nature of the letter is such that we would ordinarily expect payment or a reply within 7 days
g) depending on the reply or in the event that we do not receive a reply within 7 days then we we will contact you to discuss your available options
