Streetwise Guide to Onerous Conditions

Hi

This is a very brief guide to the sort of things the Stabards will do to make contracts onerous for Specialist Sub-Contractors.

Onerous terms usually occur in the client's or builder's own "non-standard" documents but can also arise as amendments or "addenda" to Standard Form contracts. Such terms and conditions are not just going to make your life difficult they may cost you a substantial amount of money and worst case scenario they may cost you your business!
