Termination and Obligations

The web site's owners and operators reserve the right to withdraw any or all services, either on an individual basis or globally, without prior notice and with immediate effect.

The provision of information, data, documents, images, and other materials does not imply any obligation to continue such products, services or materials indefinitely. Nor does the unpaid provision of those products, services or materials imply that they will always be provided without charge.

The web site's owners and operators reserve the right to begin or suspend fee-charging for such products, services, and materials.

Ask Streetwise and Streetwise Confidential services are only currently available to UK based Buddies.

Free Debt Due or Dispute Service

This service will be provided free of charge to UK based members who have been admitted to full Solo, Silver or Gold Buddy Subscriber Status and on the following basis

a) the debt due must be at leat £1,500; there is no upper limit

b) you must provide any information we require in the form in which we require it

c) no action will be taken until we have all of the relevant information we require

d) if it is apparent (based exclusively on our judgement) from the information you provide that a Debt Due letter  will not be effective, then you will be advised accordingly and we will advise you on the options available to you

e) the Free service will be limited to issuing one Debt Due letter by Fax and First Class Post and forwarding any reply to you

f) in the event that we do not receive a reply within 7 days then you will be advised accordingly

g) we will advise you on your available options if payment is not forthcoming

Neither the web site's owners, nor any member of the Virtual Team, nor their officers, representatives, employees, agents, contractors, successors or assigns shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, indirect or costs or damages arising out of any failure to action on or delay in processing any information supplied by a Buddy in relation to the Debt Due or Dispute Service.

Free Is This Contract Onerous? Service

This service will be provided free of charge to UK based members who have been admitted to full Solo, Silver or Gold Buddy Subscriber Status and on the following basis

a) the value of the works and/or supply must be at least £5,000; there is no upper limit

b) you must provide any information we require in the form in which we require it

c) no action will be taken until we have all of the relevant information we require

d) if it is apparent (based exclusively on our judgement) from the information you provide that the contract terms are onerous then you will be advised accordingly

e) the Free service will be limited to advising you whether or not the contract is (based exclusively on our judgement) onerous but you will not be advised in detail as to why it is onerous

Neither the web sites owners, nor any member of the Virtual Team, nor their officers, representatives, employees, agents, contractors, successors or assigns shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, indirect or costs or damages arising out of any failure to action on or delay in processing any information supplied by a Buddy in relation to the Is This Contract Onerous? Service, nor shall they be liable for any advice given.
